Shipping & Orders
Your LoveSuze order ships from our warehouse in New York. Here’s what to expect for processing, shipping, and delivery.
Order Processing
Standard orders ship within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Standard Shipping
- Orders of $100 or more: free standard shipping.
- Orders under $100: $5.99 standard shipping.
- Delivery: 3–10 business days after your order ships.
Please allow for both processing time and delivery time when planning your order.
Express Shipping
Express shipping: $20, with delivery in 2–3 business days after your order ships.
Express orders placed before 1 p.m. Eastern Time on a business day ship the same day. Express orders placed at or after 1 p.m., on weekends, or on major holidays ship the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship directly within the United States, with the additional destination restrictions listed below.
Ground shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, the Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands. For these destinations, please select Express at checkout.
