Our 20-Day Fit Guarantee
Trying LoveSuze for the first time? Give your first undergarment a try. If the fit or comfort isn’t right, contact us within 20 days of delivery, even if you’ve tried or worn it.
Our first-purchase Fit Guarantee covers one undergarment per customer, including underwear. All original hang tags must remain firmly attached.
Other Returns & Exchanges
Please request returns or exchanges within 20 days of delivery. For items outside the first-purchase Fit Guarantee, please keep them unworn and unwashed whenever possible. All original hang tags must remain firmly attached.
If you’ve already worn an item or have another concern, contact us before sending it back. We review requests individually and aim to be fair and helpful.
If your item was marked final sale or the return portal won’t accept your request, please email us so we can review your situation. Exceptions aren’t guaranteed, but we’re happy to listen.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and review the return. Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund.
