Try your first LoveSuze undergarment. If the fit or comfort isn’t right, contact us within 20 days of delivery, even if you’ve tried or worn it. Covers one undergarment per customer, including underwear. All original hang tags must remain firmly attached.
Returns & Exchanges
Request returns or exchanges within 20 days of delivery. Outside the first-purchase guarantee, keep items unworn and unwashed whenever possible, with tags attached. Contact us about worn or final-sale items before returning them; exceptions aren’t guaranteed. Return shipping costs are deducted from approved refunds.
